Every 2 seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. But supply can’t always meet demand because only about 3% of age-eligible people donate blood yearly.
Red Cross has had the same type of advertising for ages: informative, serious, and occasionally sentimental. We're promoting blood in a different way than what's ever been done before. And so alongside blood recipients like accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those battling cancer... there is Vlad.
